Reduce overall project costs by shortening installation and start-up times

Engineering Services

for Aerospace, Aeronautical, Aircraft,
Medical and Power Generation Systems

GTC Manufacturing and Tooling Engineers provide solutions to a broad range of very specific design problems and requirements.

With our considerable experience in manufacturing techniques, methodologies and applications, we are consistently the ideal project partners for our customers. When appropriate, concurrent engineering allows us to leverage that expertise into an improved, manufacturable design, often a key ingredient to realizing superior results and meeting or exceeding customer expectations and often at lower cost.

Our programming system can be integrated with customers’ CAD/CAM platforms using SolidWorks, Unigraphics NX, AutoCAD, Inventor and SurfCam systems directly and other systems using neutral file format (IGES, STEP, ACIS, etc.) Translators. Direct communications are provided as needed to fulfill customer requirements.

GTC Design

GTC is a provider of engineering services: is knowledgeable, innovative, and technically competent, specializing in computer modeling, engineering analysis, product design, and advanced manufacturing techniques. The combination of our excellent technical knowledge, cross platform capabilities and project management skills have enabled us to design custom machinery, aerospace systems and components, including the support equipment and tooling required for manufacturing and assembly, for a broad range of customers. We have the in-house technical and analytical expertise needed to support the design, development, and sustaining engineering of most products on the market today.

GTC maintains a staff of diversified technical resources within its Cincinnati, Ohio operation. This staff includes recognized industry experts, engineers, designers, and other technical support personnel.

Core Competencies Include (but are not limited to):

  • Custom Machine Design & Build
  • Tooling and fixture design
  • Product assurance and validation
  • Product design and development
  • Engine packaging
  • Heat transfer, stress, and vibration analysis
  • Packaging, Material handling equipment

This is the production assembly of a 2.5 megawatt generator set program for marine use. These models were originally engineered and prototyped concurrently by GTC in less than 9 months, and have since been produced and acceptance tested continuously over ten years at GTC with a peak cycle time per unit of 21 days.
