Power Generation Systems
General Tool Company has been manufacturing gas turbine power systems on a continuous basis since the mid 1980's. Building on General Tool Company's fabrication and manufacturing capabilities, we have developed an expertise at providing complex gas turbine driven systems. Our services are extensive and include management of large programs. A typical project includes design, procurement of commercial items, fabrication and machining of mechanical components, assembly, wiring and acceptance testing. Field installation and maintenance support can also be provided.
Other gas turbine engine related work includes engine final assembly & prep to ship, test stand hardware manufacture, and equipment refurbishment. This work can be performed on an overflow basis for our customers or on a long term basis.
General Tool Company's Engineered Power Systems group can support your development or production programs. We build prototype equipment that is ultimately manufactured by our customer as well as building equipment on a production basis. We can also help define the configuration of your equipment for the lowest cost approach.
