GTC has incorporated a comprehensive data collection and analysis procedure into its quality management system. This procedure provides GTC management with meaningful data on MRB and other performance trends on a timely basis thereby allowing the expedient implementation of corrective actions. In addition, program management teams work proactively in pursuit of process and system improvements with the goals of reduced cost and inventory, and improved quality and consistency.
