Systems Capabilities

• Complimenting our unparalleled Mechanical Assembly capabilities we have extensive experience in areas such as Programmable Logic Controls, robotics, electrical, hydraulics, and Pneumatics. Virtually any advanced assembly system can assembled, programmed, tested, and runoff at GTC.

Assembly

• GTC has two discrete assembly facilities totaling 75,000 sq ft. Five climate controlled bays with up to 40 tons of lifting capacity means GTC can handle large assembly projects.

Run-off and Training

• Once your machine, Fixture, or Tool is assembled, GTC technicians will do a final alignment utilizing the latest in Laser Tracker technology to do final alignments before start-up and dry-run. In many cases actual product is run to the customer specification prior to completion. Special staff will train your machine operators and maintenance staff befoe shipment is made. In addition, site installation is also supported by GTC personnel.

Security

• GTC understands the need to have your engineers and technicians close to the project. A suite of offices is available for client use so that critical personnel may work side by side with GTC’s project staff. An entire building, bay, or work cell may be secured to assure confidentiality of your project.
